目的 建立宫内至断乳前持续被动吸烟幼鼠动物模型 ,检测被动吸烟致幼鼠脑损害是否存在凋亡形态学改变。方法 SD雌鼠于交配后第 2天 ,入低、中、高 3种香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5h ,待其自然分娩 ,幼鼠置与宫内相同香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5h ,至 2 1d断乳 ,取幼鼠一侧大脑半球 ,进行光镜、电镜及凋亡特殊染色观察。结果 各被动吸烟组幼鼠随香烟浓度增高脑细胞凋亡比例增加。结论 脑细胞凋亡比例增加是被动吸烟致幼鼠脑损害可能原因之一。
Objective To establish an animal model of intrauterine to premature infants with passive smoking before weaning, and to detect the morphological changes of apoptotic brain cells in passive injury induced by passive smoking. Methods On the second day after mating, female SD rats were admitted to passive smoking crates with low, medium and high concentrations of three kinds of cigarettes for 5 hours a day for their natural delivery. , Daily 5h, until 21d weaned, take the hemisphere of the cerebellum on one side of the rat, and observed by light microscopy, electron microscopy and apoptosis special staining. Results The percentage of apoptotic cells increased with the increase of cigarette concentration in each passive smoking group. Conclusion The increased proportion of brain cell apoptosis is one of the possible causes of brain damage induced by passive smoking in young rats.
