为寻找高效广谱的防霉抗菌剂,作者设计合成了S-(2-吡啶-N-氧化物)-N,N′-乙撑异硫脲组溴酸盐。初步抗茵试验表明:所合成的化合物对11种菌的最低抑制浓度(MIC)在0.5-5ppm之间,超过目前所使用的工业抗菌剂,具有较好的发展前景。
In order to find efficient and broad spectrum antimicrobial agents, the authors designed and synthesized S- (2-pyridine-N-oxide) -N, N’-ethyleneisothiourea hydrobromide. The preliminary antimicrobial test showed that the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of the synthesized compounds against 11 kinds of bacteria ranged from 0.5 to 5 ppm, which exceeded the currently used industrial antibacterial agents and had good development prospects.
