目的:比较两种材料在犬前牙区拔牙位点的引导新骨形成作用。方法:选取6只12月龄雄性Beagle犬,将其随机分为A、B、C三组,微创拔除实验犬下颌双侧第一侧切牙,A组犬填入羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷(天博),B组填入骨诱导活性材料(osteoinduction active material,OAM),C组空置(对照)。三组实验犬在1个月末各处死1只,在3个月末各处死1只。取实验样本,进行标本测量,利用CBCT分析进行骨形成密度的评估。结果:所有位点骨量均有不同程度的吸收。OAM组与天博组牙槽嵴宽度平均骨量吸收程度低于对照组(P<0.05),OAM组平均骨量吸收程度低于天博组(P<0.05);牙槽嵴高度丧失OAM与天博均低于对照组(P<0.05),但OAM与天博间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CT值比较结果可见愈合后期OAM吸收快于天博(P<0.05)。结论:OAM具有良好的位点保存效果。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the role of two materials in guiding the formation of new bone at the tooth extraction site in dogs. Methods: Six male Beagle dogs aged 12 months were randomly divided into three groups (A, B and C). The bilateral first lateral incisors of mandibular canine were removed by microinvasion, and the dogs in group A were filled with hydroxyapatite bioceramic Group B was filled with osteoinduction active material (OAM), Group C was left vacant (control). Three experimental dogs died one by one at the end of one month and one at each end of the three months. The experimental samples were taken for specimen measurement, and the bone formation density was evaluated by CBCT analysis. Results: All sites had different degrees of bone mass absorption. The mean bone resorption of alveolar ridge in OAM group and Tianbo group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05), and the average amount of bone resorption in OAM group was lower than that of Tianbo group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between OAM and Tian Bo (P> 0.05). The results of CT value showed that OAM absorption in late healing period was faster than that in Tian Bo (P <0.05). Conclusion: OAM has good site preservation effect.
