翻译研究“文化转向”的不断深入,使得翻译的社会性得以凸显。翻译研究从文本层面转向文本产生的外部因素,从以原语文化为中心转向以译语文化为中心,着重考查翻译的社会文化性。本文在图里规范理论的基础上,将翻译规范与文化语境相结合来探讨《哀希腊》的三个不同译本,以期窥探清末民初翻译规范的演变。这不但能实现原作者、译者及译文读者三者间的成功交流,而且能促进拜伦中国化形象的构建。
The deepening of translation studies “Cultural Turns” has made the sociality of translation prominent. Translation studies have shifted from the textual level to the external factors of text production, from the shift from the original culture as the center to the translation culture as the center, focusing on the socio-cultural aspects of translation. Based on the theory of graph theory, this paper combines translation norms with cultural context to explore the three different translations of the “Sorrow of Greece” with a view to exploring the evolution of translation norms in the late Qing and early Republic of China. This will not only achieve successful communication among the original author, translator and target readers, but also promote the construction of Byron’s Chinese image.
