由中国农科院茶叶研究所从红茶及绿茶中提取低咖啡碱的茶黄烷醇及其氧化物,经我室在体外抗凝、纤溶、抗血小板聚集等实验,筛选出两种作用较好的样品,由我室与医大杭州分校、省人民医院合作,在喂饲胆固醇造成动脉粥样硬化的家兔模型中进行防治实验研究。实验选用上海动物中心引进的日本大耳兔60只,分为模型组(仅喂胆固醇)、
The Chaflaneols and their oxides, which are low caffeine extracted from black tea and green tea by the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, have been screened out by our laboratory in vitro anticoagulant, fibrinolytic and antiplatelet aggregation experiments. The samples were tested by our department in collaboration with Medical University Hangzhou Branch and Provincial People’s Hospital, and were tested in a rabbit model of atherosclerosis induced by feeding cholesterol. Sixty Japanese rabbits imported from the Shanghai Animal Center were used in the experiment and divided into model groups (cholesterol only).
