干部档案管理工作是干部工作的一个不可缺少的组成部分。干部档案真实地记载着干部个人成长中的有关情况,是选拔、任用干部及解决有关待遇的可靠依据之一。近几年来,从中央到地方、各级组织人事部门都十分重视这项工作,尤其是《干部档案工作条例》等一系列法规文件的颁布实施。使干部档案管理工作逐步走上了正规化、科学化、法制化的轨道。但是随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和干部管理体制的多次调整,使干部档案管理工作出现了许多新情况,新问题。本文仅就我们工作接触到的情况,就干部档案工作存在的问题和解决办法谈点粗浅的看法。
Cadre file management is an indispensable part of the cadre’s work. Cadres files truly record the personal growth of cadres in the situation is to select, appoint cadres and to resolve the treatment of one of the reliable basis. In recent years, from the central authorities to local governments, personnel departments at all levels of the organization have attached great importance to this work, especially the promulgation and implementation of a series of laws and regulations including the “Regulations on the Work of Cadres and Files”. So that cadres file management gradually embarked on the track of formalization, scientific and legal system. However, with the establishment of a socialist market economic system and the repeated readjustment of the cadre management system, many new situations and new problems have emerged in the cadre file management work. This article only talks about the problems existing in the work of cadres and the solution to them based on the situations we have come into contact with.
