针对开放式创新模式的兴起,研究了开放式多主体协同创新背景下,组织间沟通与不同程度创新绩效的关系。通过21 3家企业的有效调查问卷研究发现:组织间沟通显著促进渐进性创新绩效和突破性创新绩效,且对前者促进作用更大;伙伴关系和合作意愿显著促进组织间沟通;组织间沟通在伙伴关系、合作意愿与渐进性创新绩效间起部分中介作用,但在伙伴关系、合作意愿与突破性创新绩效间中介作用并不显著。结果表明企业应时刻注重组织间沟通这一战略能力的提升,并在实施不同程度的创新活动时采用不同手段。
Aiming at the rise of open innovation mode, the relationship between interorganizational communication and different degrees of innovation performance under the background of open multi-agent collaborative innovation is studied. Through 21 valid questionnaires from 3 companies, it was found that: inter-organizational communication significantly promoted incremental innovation performance and breakthrough innovation performance, with a greater impact on the former; partnership and cooperation willingness significantly promoted interorganizational communication; Partnerships, willingness to cooperate, and gradual innovation performance play a partial intermediary role, but mediation between partnerships, willingness to cooperate and breakthrough innovation performance is not significant. The results show that enterprises should pay attention to the strategic capability of inter-organizational communication at all times, and adopt different means in implementing different levels of innovation.
