针对酒钢家电板磷化后出现严重发黄缺陷的问题,借助光学显微镜、电化学工作站等分析手段对其金相组织、电化学特性、表面粗糙度以及板面残留等进行了分析。结果表明:钢板表面残碳控制是工业生产提高钢板表面活性,改善磷化发黄缺陷的主要手段。从而提出了工艺优化措施,有效降低了钢板表面磷化发黄缺陷。
Aiming at the problem of serious yellowing defects after the phosphating of JiuGang electrical appliance board, the microstructure, electrochemical properties, surface roughness and the residue of the board were analyzed by means of optical microscope and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the residual carbon control on the surface of steel plate is the main method for industrial production to improve the surface activity of steel plate and improve the yellowing defect of phosphating. Thus, the process optimization measures are put forward, which effectively reduces the phosphorus phosphating yellow defects on the steel plate surface.
