综述了核废物混凝土桶的原材料选择及性能、混凝土配方及性能、桶的规格及技术质量要求;阐述了制造要点、制造工艺、实验和检测及全过程有效的质量控制和保证。研制的核废物混凝土桶结构简单,原材料方便易得,混凝土配方合理。其技术指标:抗压强度大于70MPa;抗拉强度大于5MPa;渗氮率达(2.16~3.6)×10~(-18)m~2水平;桶各部分尺寸误差均在±2mm以内;桶外表面平整,砂表面、空洞和裂纹均符合中国标准要求。该研究成果说明了我国已具有核废物混凝土包装转运容器的综合研制与生产能力,为实现我国核废物包装转运容器的标准化、系列化奠定了基础。
The raw material selection and performance, concrete formulation and performance, barrel specifications and technical quality requirements of nuclear waste concrete bucket were reviewed. The manufacturing essentials, manufacturing process, experiment and testing as well as effective quality control and assurance of the whole process were expounded. The developed nuclear waste concrete bucket has a simple structure, convenient and easy-to-use raw materials and a reasonable formula of concrete. The technical indicators: the compressive strength is greater than 70MPa; tensile strength is greater than 5MPa; nitriding rate of (2.16 ~ 3.6) × 10 ~ (-18) m ~ 2 level; barrel parts of the size error are within ± 2mm; The surface is smooth, the sand surface, voids and cracks are in line with Chinese standards. The research results show that our country has a comprehensive development and production capacity of nuclear waste concrete packaging and transport containers, in order to achieve China’s nuclear waste packaging and transport container standardization, serialization laid the foundation.
