渐开线少齿差行星减速器齿轮的强度主要取决于抗弯强度。目前抗弯强度的理论计算存在两个问题: 1.计算结果不能完全反映实际强度,只能作为估算,供参考用。2.计算方法繁杂。尤其是内齿轮的弯曲齿形系数,由于少齿差传动为内啮合,采用了大变位的短齿,齿形系数有时无现成的数据,需要按设计参数进行计算。本文介绍用梯形法计算内齿轮齿形系数。这种方法同样只能用作估算,但是比现在常用的抛物线插入公式法和验算方程法都要简单得多。
Involute less tooth difference Planetary gear reducer gear strength depends on the bending strength. At present, the theoretical calculation of flexural strength has two problems: 1. The calculation result can not fully reflect the actual strength, and can only be used as an estimate for reference. 2. Complicated methods. In particular, the curved tooth profile coefficient of the internal gear adopts a short tooth with a large displacement due to the small tooth difference transmission, and the tooth profile coefficient sometimes does not have the ready-made data and needs to be calculated according to the design parameters. This article describes the trapezoidal method to calculate the gear tooth profile. This method can only be used as an estimate, but much simpler than the usual parabolic interpolation formula and proof-of-concept method.
