目的:研究冠盖藤不同药用部位的脂溶性成分。方法:采用闪式提取法提取冠盖藤不同部位中的脂溶性成分,采用GC-MS法分析和鉴定其化学成分。结果:共鉴定出冠盖藤茎中脂溶性成分37个、叶中14个,分别占总峰面积的90.63%和81.61%。结论:首次采用GC-MS对冠盖藤不同药用部位闪式提取法提取的脂溶性化学成分进行了分析,研究结果为苗药冠盖藤的进一步开发利用提供了实验依据。
Objective: To study the fat-soluble components of different medicinal parts of Corylus canadensis. Methods: The lipid-soluble components in different parts of C. canaliculata were extracted by flash extraction. The chemical components were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. RESULTS: A total of 37 fat-soluble components and 14 of the leaves were identified in the crown cane, which accounted for 90.63% and 81.61% of the total peak area, respectively. Conclusion: GC-MS was used for the first time to analyze the fat-soluble chemical constituents extracted from the different medicinal parts of Corylus canadensis by flash extraction. The results provide experimental basis for the further development and utilization of Miao medicine Guanyin.
