为研究人工盐雾环境下锈蚀箍筋约束混凝土应力-应变关系,对36个尺寸为150 mm×150mm×450 mm,配箍特征值分别为0.233,0.175,0.306,0.195,0.146,0.225,0.167,0.125,0.219的箍筋约束混凝土棱柱体试件进行了盐雾腐蚀箱加速锈蚀和轴压加载试验,得到了不同混凝土强度、不同配箍特征值、不同箍筋锈蚀率下锈蚀箍筋约束混凝土应力-应变全曲线.结果表明:人工盐雾环境下锈蚀箍筋约束混凝土应力-应变曲线随着锈蚀时间的延长而渐趋扁平,上升段向右下方偏移,峰值应力呈线性下降,峰值应变增加;在相同锈蚀时间下,高强度混凝土的峰值应力降低程度和峰值应变增大程度均比低强度混凝土小.
In order to study the stress-strain relationship of confined concrete with corroded stirrups under artificial salt spray environment, 36 dimensions of 150 mm × 150 mm × 450 mm and the characteristic values of the ferrules were 0.233, 0.175, 0.306, 0.195, 0.166, 0.225 and 0.167, 0.125,0.219 specimens were subjected to accelerated corrosion and axial compression loading tests of salt spray corroded boxes. Different concrete strengths and different values of the tie-in characteristics were obtained. Corrosion stirrups restrained concrete stress with different stirrups corrosion rates - strain full curve.The results show that the stress-strain curve of the confined concrete with confined stirrup stirrup becomes flattened with the increase of corrosion time under the artificial salt spray environment, the upward section shifts to the lower right, the peak stress decreases linearly and the peak strain increases Under the same corrosion time, the peak stress reduction and peak strain of high-strength concrete are both less than those of low-strength concrete.
