中国国际时装周,从一个仅有4名设计师参与、4场时装发布会的“小场面”起步,10年后演变成为集中展示100多位中外设计师作品的国际时尚盛会。虽不及米兰、巴黎、伦敦、纽约四大时装周有着成熟的设计和商业运作,但其展现的“中国元素”,还是吸引了国际时尚界的目光。此次为期9天的中国国际时装周2007—2008秋冬系列发布中,20个国家和港、澳地区的30位知名时装设计师、彩妆造型师,27家时尚品牌和100多位设计新秀,举办了25场成衣、时装和彩妆造型发布会,代表了中国本土设计师及时装品牌对新一季流行趋势的解读和创意。
China International Fashion Week started from a “little scene” with only 4 designers participating and 4 fashion conferences. After 10 years, it evolved into an international fashion event that focused on displaying more than 100 Chinese and foreign designers’ works. Although not as mature as the fashion and business operations of the four major fashion weeks in Milan, Paris, London, and New York, the “Chinese elements” it displayed attracted the attention of the international fashion world. During the 9-day China International Fashion Week 2007-2008 autumn/winter series, 30 well-known fashion designers, make-up stylists, 27 fashion brands and more than 100 design talents from 20 countries and Hong Kong and Macao regions were held. 25 presentations of ready-to-wear, fashion and make-up styles represented the interpretation and creativity of local Chinese designers and fashion brands in the new season.
