为研究低碳钢拉伸磁记忆信号的屈服特性,以20g为研究对象,采用电测法和金属磁记忆检测法实现了单点的磁记忆信号变化规律研究,首次实现了磁信号与屈服对应关系的研究。结果表明:拉伸磁记忆信号对局部屈服的位置十分敏感,磁畸变是局部屈服发生的直接表征和独有现象,二者具有一一对应的关系;金属磁记忆检测法对诊断屈服具有独特的诊断功效,该结论对诊断工程屈服问题具有重大意义。
