初治有洞痰菌培养阳性肺结核153例用链+肼+利三药治疗,开始后1—2月时出现以下三种暂时性“恶化”者共21例(14％):1.肺内渗出阴影增多者11例(7.2％),有的同时伴发热、白细胞和嗜酸粒细胞增多。继续原治疗数天后体温恢复正常,阴影经3—6个月缩小消失,原病变也顺利好转。2.胸膜积液者6例(3.9％):病侧3例,健侧1例,双侧2例。生水时伴发热。报告二典型例胸水均为渗出液。利氏反应阳性,大多数为淋巴细胞,蛋白4克％。继续原化
In the newly diagnosed sputum culture positive 153 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with chain + hydrazine + Lee three drugs, the first 1-2 months after the start of the following three temporary “worsen” a total of 21 cases (14%): 1.
