为提高集装箱岸桥操作的安全性,基于照明因素,运用人类专注状态与眼动参数的关联性原理,分析不同光照度环境对于人的影响.设计不同照度环境下的模拟装卸作业实验,用眼动仪采集岸桥司机的视线落点、眨眼及注视次数、瞳孔直径和眼睑张开度等眼动数据,并对司机操作视野平面进行聚类划分,分析各区域内视线的落点比重、眨眼频率、注视比重、瞳孔直径大小与眼睑张开度大小的变化等,从而获得不同光环境下岸桥司机专注持续时间的排序,得到适宜长时间作业的工作环境(750~1500 lux)、最易疲劳工作环境(50~150 lux)和适中工作环境(150~750 lux、1500~3000 lux),并给出不同环境下的工作防护和改进措施.
