前言我厂承制的某热交换器的壳体,为满足耐腐蚀要求,原来采用0Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢制成。随着我国复合钢板生产的发展,改用由20G 和0Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈复合钢板制成。复合钢板的自动焊,我厂过去没有搞过,困难很多。但我厂工人阶级遵照毛主席“我们必须打破常规,尽量采用先进技术,在一个不太长的历史时期内,把我国建设成为一个社会主义的现代化的强国”的教导,组成三结合攻关小组,开展一系列的科学实验。经过多次反复试验,终于试制成功了具有独特形式的并列双丝自动埋弧焊工艺。生产实践证明,这种工艺不仅生产率高,并且节省了大量挑焊根的工作。从大批的产品试样板试验结果中表明,焊接接头性能十分稳定。
Foreword I plant a heat exchanger shell system, in order to meet the corrosion resistance requirements, the original 0Cr18Ni9Ti made of stainless steel. With the development of China’s composite plate production, switch to 20G and 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel composite plate. After many repeated tests, finally successfully trial-produced a unique form of parallel double wire automatic submerged arc welding process. Production practice has proved that this process not only high productivity, and save a lot of pick soldering root work. Test results from a large number of product samples show that the performance of welded joints is very stable.
