对土壤有机质的动力学过程的研究是评价区域土壤质量、合理开发利用土壤以及全球碳循环-气候变化研究的基础性工作。系统分析了生态系统转换区土壤有机质动力学特征的δ13 C方法研究的理论基础和应用现状,包括影响土壤有机质δ13C值的各种内外因素;土壤有机质不同化学组成、不同粒径组分、不同比重组分的δ13 C特征值域;土壤微生物量碳和土壤有机质δ13 C值的相关关系等方面。在深入剖析现有研究中存在问题的基础上,对今后的研究方向作了进一步的展望。
The study on the dynamics of soil organic matter is a basic work to evaluate the regional soil quality, develop and utilize the soil rationally and study the global carbon cycle-climate change. This paper systematically analyzes the theoretical basis and application status of the δ13C method for studying the dynamics of soil organic matter in the ecosystem conversion zone, including various internal and external factors that affect the δ13C value of soil organic matter, different chemical compositions, different particle size fractions, The δ13C eigenvalue of heavy fraction, the correlation between δ13C values of soil microbial biomass carbon and soil organic matter and so on. Based on the deep analysis of the existing problems in the existing research, the future research directions are further prospected.
