紫坪铺水利枢纽1#导流隧洞在导0+88.0~0+123.0m段上导洞开挖施工中,由于该段处于煤洞及煤洞塌方体、软弱体段,岩体软弱、破碎、支撑力小,致使洞壁变形、裂缝、塌方。在施工中,采取了超前固结灌浆、超前锚杆或管棚稳定掌子面,混凝土回填煤洞,以及系统锚杆、喷钢纤维混凝土、钢支撑(格栅钢架)及混凝土加强肋等紧跟掌子面强支护的措施。
