宋宁博士是我国改革开放以来涌现出的有为经济学家之一,现任国家国有资产管理总局综合司副司长.我同他结识于80年代中期“中青年热”的那段时间阵子里,后来他师从曾启贤教授和董辅礽教授,学成后出任要职,参加了不少全国性改革措施的研究和起草工作.前不久,我们在北京见了一次.话题当然起始于他的新著《存量资源的再配置》(云南人民出版社版).如同董辅礽教授向我们强调的那样,“直到现在,这本书是我国关于企业产权转让与合并问题的第一本系统专著,而且是既有理论论述,又有实践经验研究的著作.” Dr. Song Ning is one of the promising economists that has emerged since China’s reform and opening up.
