所谓“自助菜单”是指按照学生能力进行分层,设计出低、中、高不同层次的题型开展梯度训练。通过开放、灵活、多变、个性的设计,在承认学生差异的同时,将学生“选择”的主动权还给他们,使每个学生都有接受任务的机会,甚至可以完成更富挑战性的任务。我在小学数学教学中试行“自助菜单”教学设计,帮助学生实现差异发展,实践证明可行有效。一方面,自主菜单立足于学生的个体差异,让所有的学生依据各自的高度“跳起来摘桃子”。
