中职语文教学是以“认识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观”三个维度来体现其综合目标的。在《中等职业学校语文教学大纲》中指出:“语文既是一门基础课,也是一门工具课,语文是学生学好其他学科知识,形成综合职业能力、创业能力、提高思想政治素质和科学文化素质的必要条件。”呈现出了对中职学生继续学习和发展极其重要的不可或缺性。但现阶段,中职语文教育形式日渐悲观。一方面,职业类院校在一定程度上更加重视专业课,文化课教师地位日趋低下;另一方面,由于专业的不同,学生的基础良莠不齐,班与班之间、校与校之间无法进行合理比较,缺少对教师教学能力的客观评价;此外,由于没有了升学的压力,教师与学生的参与度降低,信心和动力不足。因此,怎样提高学生语文素养,提升中职教师语文教学质量是需要反思的。

On the other hand, due to differences in the majors, the students’ fundamentals are uneven, and it is impossible to make reasonable decisions between classes and between schools and schools. In comparison, there is a lack of objective evaluation of teachers’ teaching ability; in addition, because there is no pressure for further studies, the participation of teachers and students is reduced, and there is a lack of confidence and motivation. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect on how to improve students’ language accomplishment and improve the Chinese teaching quality of secondary vocational teachers.
