In recent years, cardiac troponin I (cTnI) is a highly specific and sensitive serum marker for myocardial injury. We have studied the clinical value of cTnI in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information AMI group: 9 cases were hospital emergency patients, including 4 males and 5 females, aged 42-74 years, an average of 60
