本文用荧光熄灭法研究了水杨基荧光酮(SAF)—溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)为指示剂测定Cr(Ⅵ),pH为5.5~6.5的柠檬酸——氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,检测限0.02μg/10mL,线性范围0.02~0.6μg/10mL。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,适用于工业废水中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)的测定。
Fluorescence quenching method was used to study the effect of sodium salicylate-sodium hydroxide buffer (SAF) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) on the determination of Cr (Ⅵ), pH 5.5 ~ 6.5 The detection limit of 0.02μg / 10mL, the linear range of 0.02 ~ 0.6μg / 10mL. This method has high sensitivity and good selectivity and is suitable for the determination of trace Cr (Ⅵ) in industrial wastewater.
