针对千枚岩采场围岩严重片帮问题,建立相似材料模型,对千枚岩采场稳定性进行模拟。模拟试验结果表明,预留原生点柱可以有效降低采场中部拉应力。回采过程中,在距底柱16m和28m处保留原生点柱对采场围岩进行支护,在很大程度上改善了地压作用对采矿作业造成的危害。研究表明矿柱断面为4m×4m是合理的,预留矿柱的矿量远远小于因上采高度增加而多回采的矿量,且大大提高了矿石的回采率。该模拟结果在实际应用中已经取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the serious problem of rock mass in the phyllite stope, a similar material model was established to simulate the stability of the phyllite stope. The simulation results show that reserving the original point column can effectively reduce the central tensile stress in the stope. In the process of mining, retaining the original point column at 16m and 28m from the bottom pillar to support the surrounding rock of the stope, to a great extent, improved the harm of the ground pressure to the mining operation. The study shows that the 4m × 4m ore section is reasonable. The amount of reserved ore pillar is far less than the amount of ore recovered due to the increase of the upper mining height, and the recovery rate of ore is greatly increased. The simulation results have achieved good results in practical application.
