目的 研究生物活性物质BC36 9增强机体免疫力的作用。方法 采用影响机体免疫力的实验方法。结果 BC36 9能提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬率和自然杀伤细胞 (NK)的活性 ,其平均值分别为 (4 6 .2 0±2 .97) % (P <0 .0 1) 和 (50 .2 0± 2 .4 3) % (P <0 .0 1) ;并能提高小鼠E花结形成细胞数和家兔血清中干扰素α -IFN ,其平均值分别为 (2 9.4 0± 2 .50 ) % (P <0 .0 1) 和 (56 .2 5± 3.12 )IU/ml (P <0 .0 1) 。结论 BC36 9具有提高机体免疫力的作
Objective To study the role of bioactive substance BC36 9 in enhancing the immunity of the body. Methods using experimental methods affecting the immunity of the body. Results BC36 9 increased the phagocytic rate of macrophages and the activity of natural killer cells (NK) in mice. The average values of BC36 9 were (46.2 ± 0.297)% (P <0.01) and 50 .2 ± 2 .4 3)% (P <0. 01); and can increase the number of mouse erythrocyte formation cells and rabbit serum interferon α-IFN, the average values were (2 9.4 0 ± 2 .50)% (P <0.01) and (56.2 ± 3.12) IU / ml (P <0.01). Conclusion BC36 9 can improve the immunity of the body
