丹参治疗脑梗塞疗效观察太原市中心医院（０３０００９）李翠香，霍同泰，赵跃芹，赵全娥丹参能治疗多种疾病，我们从１９９１年以来用复方丹参注射液治疗中老年脑梗塞病人１５例，取得较满意疗效。现报告如下：资料与方法本组１５例病人均为首次发病，均经过ＣＴ及ＭＲＩ确诊为急性脑梗塞，经全面检查，无严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病。１５例中，男１４例，女１例；年龄在５３～７５岁之间，平均６７岁。１５例病人均有头痛、头晕；有８例有语言障碍伴一侧肢体瘫痪；４例有口眼歪斜；３例双下肢无力。有高血压史者６例。治疗采用复方丹参注射液，每次２０ｍｌ，加入１０％葡萄糖液２５０ｍｌ内静脉点滴，１５天一疗程。在用药前后各采空腹静脉血５ｍｌ，用肝素抗凝，进行血液流变学测定。测定血粘度使用成都仪器厂生产的ＮＸＥ─１型锥板式粘度计；测定红细胞面积使用北京的ＬＤ４─２型离心沉淀机；红细胞沉降率测定采用短管法。同时检查肝肾功能，出凝血时间及血、尿常规。结果经过一二个疗程的治疗，１５例病人头痛、头晕症状全部缓解；８例语言障碍伴一侧肢体瘫痪病人中，有７例肢体恢复功能，１例症状减轻，语言全部恢复；３例肢体恢复功能，３例双下肢无力者全部恢复正常。经过治疗，血流变 Salvia treatment of cerebral infarction efficacy observation Taiyuan Central Hospital (030009) Li Cuixiang, Huotong Tai, Zhao Yueqin, Zhao Quan’e Salvia can treat a variety of diseases, we have used compound Danshen injection since 1991, 15 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction, and achieved more satisfactory results .
