地处秦巴山区交汇地带的陇南市是优质核桃的生产区,也是典型的峡谷区和国家贫困区。因气候复杂多样,利用传统方法进行核桃高接换优,成活率低而不稳。通过改进方法,即春季在阳坡和河谷区采用劈接、插皮接;在高寒阴湿区和阴坡通过整形修剪,采取绿枝劈接和芽接,使用植物生长调节剂和添加内含物阿魏酸,刺激快速产生愈伤组织,可大幅提高核桃高接成活率和生长量。
