泸州市疾控系统卫生应急能力现状调查

目的了解泸州市疾控机构卫生应急能力的现状,为提高泸州市疾控机构卫生应急能力提供依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法对泸州市共8家市、县(区)疾控机构卫生应急能力现状进行调查。结果全市常住人口万人疾控人员占有率为0.74,其中专业技术人员占职工总数的85.94%;8家机构均成立了专业应急队伍,制定了相关应急预案和技术方案,开展了相应的应急培训和演练;仅有市疾控中心成立了独立的应急办,全市无专项应急经费配备,应急物资和装备储备相对不足;部分县(区)实验室对16种常见致病源的检测能力明显不足。结论泸州市疾控机构近年来卫生应急的能力和水平均在得到不断的提升,但存在的问题还较多,需进一步加大投入,提升卫生应急的能力和水平。 Objective To understand the status quo of health emergency response capacity of disease control agencies in Luzhou City and provide the basis for improving the health emergency response capabilities of disease control agencies in Luzhou City. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the status quo of health emergency response capabilities of eight municipal and county (district) CDCs in Luzhou. Results The occupancy rate of residents with disease control and control in Wanzhou City was 0.74, accounting for 85.94% of the total number of staff and workers; 8 emergency response teams were set up and related contingency plans and technical plans were formulated and corresponding emergency training was conducted And exercise; only CDC set up an independent emergency response office, the city has no special emergency funding, emergency supplies and equipment reserves are relatively inadequate; some counties (districts) laboratories on 16 kinds of common pathogenicity detection capacity was significantly less . Conclusion The ability and level of health emergency in Luzhou CDC have been continuously improved in recent years, but there are still many problems that need to be solved. It is necessary to further increase input and improve the ability and level of emergency response.
