机床导轨的直线度是机床制造中的主要精度指标,度量和评定直线度的原则是: 1.有限点测量原则:在若干离散分布的点进行测量,根据这些有限点评定直线度; 2.包容及最小条件原则:包容实际直线,而且距离为最小的两平行线之间的距离为直线度误差; 3.计量方向不变原则:测量读数所反映的计量方向垂直于测量基准,而不因“包容线”与“测量基准”有微小倾斜而改变。
