目前,尽管市场对于人才的需求量还是很大,高职院校人才推送率也很高,但还是有大量学生面临着找不到工作的压力。据笔者多年从事大学生职业指导工作及调研发现,其中很大一部分原因是与就业前的职业指导工作相关。因此,为提高高职院校学生就业率,本文通过分析高职院校学生职业指导工作现状中的问题,提出了新的职业指导方案。 At present, despite the huge market demand for qualified personnel and the high rate of pushing qualified personnel in higher vocational colleges, a large number of students still face the pressure of not being able to find a job. According to the author for many years engaged in college students career guidance and research found that a large part of the reason is related to career guidance before employment.
