本文利用我国高技术产品六大进口来源地区(东盟、台湾、韩国、日本、欧盟和美国)的数据,在改造和扩展的CH模型基础上,对1999—2012年间高技术产品进口溢出对我国全要素生产率的影响进行了实证检验,认为国内研发投入和高技术产品进口溢出的综合作用是促进全要素生产率提高的主要因素,单纯的高技术产品进口溢出对全要素生产率也有正向的促进作用,而单纯的国内研发投入并不能有效地促进全要素生产率的提高。
Based on the CH model which is reformed and expanded, based on the data of the six major sources of imports of high-tech products in our country (ASEAN, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, EU and the United States), this article analyzes the import spillover of high-tech products from 1999 to 2012 in our country It is concluded that the combined effect of domestic R & D investment and import spillover of high-tech products is the main factor to promote the increase of total factor productivity. The import spillover of pure high-tech products also has a positive role in promoting total factor productivity. A simple domestic R & D investment can not effectively promote the improvement of total factor productivity.
