采用荧光偏振等技术方法,体外观察CdCl2对大鼠肝微粒体膜流动性,膜脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)生成的毒性作用和维生素C的拮抗作用。结果表明,CdCl2可在较短时间内引起膜流动性的降低和MDA的增高;维生素C处理不能改善CdCl2引起的微粒体膜流动性的降低,但能完全拮抗MDA的增高。结果提示,CdCl2的膜毒性包括了对膜脂质双层的直接作用
Fluorescence polarization and other technical methods were used to observe the toxic effects of CdCl2 on the membrane fluidity of liver microsomes, the membrane lipid peroxides malondialdehyde (MDA) and the antagonism of vitamin C in vitro. The results showed that CdCl2 could reduce membrane fluidity and increase MDA in a short period of time. Vitamin C treatment could not improve the reduction of microsomal membrane fluidity induced by CdCl2, but could completely antagonize the increase of MDA. The results suggest that the membrane toxicity of CdCl2 includes a direct effect on membrane lipid bilayers
