饮用水中八种氯苯类化合物及六氯丁二烯的顶空毛细管柱气相色谱测定法

目的:建立生活饮用水中二氯苯、三氯苯、五氯苯、六氯苯及六氯丁二烯的顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)测定方法。方法:水中微量的二、三、五、六氯苯、六氯丁二烯经顶空提取后,应用Rtx-1701毛细管色谱柱采用程序升温方式进行GC分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:1,3-二氯苯、1,4-二氯苯、1,2-二氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、六氯丁二烯、1,2,3-三氯苯、五氯苯、六氯苯的线性范围分别为0.38μg/L~40.0μg/L、0.96μg/L~100.0μg/L、0.42μg/L~70.0μg/L、0.03μg/L~5.0μg/L、0.04μg/L~9.0μg/L、0.004μg/L~0.60μg/L、0.03μg/L~6.0μg/L、0.01μg/L~2.0μg/L、0.02μg/L~2.0μg/L,检出限分别为0.11μg/L、0.29μg/L、0.13μg/L,0.009μg/L,0.012μg/L,0.001μg/L,0.009μg/L,0.004μg/L,0.006μg/L,水样加标回收率为100%~114%,RSD为1.0%~2.9%。结论 :该法操作简便,准确、灵敏度高,不需使用有机溶剂,适用水中氯苯类化合物及六氯丁二烯的测定。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of dichlorobenzene, trichlorobenzene, pentachlorobenzene, hexachlorobenzene and hexachlorobutadiene in domestic drinking water by headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC). METHODS: Microamounts of II, III, V, HCB and HCBD in water were subjected to headspace extraction. GC analysis was performed on a Rtx-1701 capillary column using a programmed temperature-programmed method. The retention time was qualitative and the external standard method was used for quantification . Results: 1,3-Dichlorobenzene, 1,4-Dichlorobenzene, 1,2-Dichlorobenzene, 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, The linear ranges of alkene, 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene, pentachlorobenzene and hexachlorobenzene were 0.38μg / L ~ 40.0μg / L, 0.96μg / L ~ 100.0μg / L, 0.42μg / L ~ 70.0 μg / L, 0.03 μg / L to 5.0 μg / L, 0.04 μg / L to 9.0 μg / L, 0.004 μg / L to 0.60 μg / L, 0.03 μg / L to 6.0 μg / L, 0.01 μg / L to 2.0 The detection limits were 0.11μg / L, 0.29μg / L, 0.13μg / L, 0.009μg / L, 0.012μg / L, 0.001μg / L and 0.009 μg / L, 0.004 μg / L and 0.006 μg / L. The recoveries of spiked water samples ranged from 100% to 114% with RSD ranging from 1.0% to 2.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and does not require organic solvents for the determination of chlorobenzene and hexachlorobutadiene in water.
