本文主要探讨人力资源管理模式,从国内人力资源管理模式入手,通过对人力资源管理模式与企业绩效的比较管理、企业信息获取与人力资源管理模式的比较分析,简要地得出了一个人力资源管理模式与企业竞争力的正比关系,同时通过对职业牵引系统这样一个新型人力资源管理方法的介绍,试探性地发掘出一个改良我国人力资源管理现状的方法。
This paper mainly discusses the human resource management mode.
