Not long ago, at the invitation of the Federal Government of Baden-Württemberg in the Federal Republic of Germany, I went to the company Carl-Fraut Edelenberg for an internship. This is a multinational company with 130 branches worldwide, of which 60 are production. The company, which has 22,000 employees, manufactures closures, filters, automotive surface trims, synthetic rubber, furniture coverings, and leather and plastic products.
