本文运用TEM、SEM研究了M2(W6Mo5Cr4V2)高速钢共晶碳化物的空间形态、生长过程及枝晶心部组织的形态与结构。结果表明:M2高速钢铸态组织中的共晶碳化物的层片状形态与共晶碳化物的结构有关,碳化物片的端部有明显的二度生长台阶。枝晶心部组织中没有δ共析组织,常出现一些小共晶,包晶奥氏体在冷却过程中先析出M_6C和M_2C碳化物,随后转变为马氏体和贝氏体组织。
In this paper, the morphology and growth of M2 (W6Mo5Cr4V2) eutectic carbide and the morphology and structure of the dendritic core were studied by TEM and SEM. The results show that the lamellar morphology of the eutectic carbide in the as-cast microstructure of M2 high speed steel is related to the structure of the eutectic carbide, and the end of the carbide sheet has a significant second growth step. There is no δ eutectoid structure in the dendrites and some small eutectics often occur. The peritectic austenite first precipitates M_6C and M_2C carbides during the cooling process, and then changes to martensite and bainite.
