用 2 2 77热活性检测系统测定了两株石油菌 (B 1,B 2 )在不同温度和酸度下的产热曲线 ,应用微生物在限制性条件下的生长模型 ,得到了细菌生长的产热曲线方程ln[Pm/P(t) - 1]=lnM -kt.求得了细菌的生长速率常数 ,建立了细菌的生长速率常数与温度和酸度之间的函数关系 ,得到了细菌生长的最低、最适、最高温度和最适酸度 .B 1生长的最低、最适、最高温度和最适酸度分别为 2 9.1℃ ,50 .7℃ ,54℃和pH7.15;B 2生长的最低、最适、最高温度和最适酸度分别为 2 8.5℃ ,51.4℃ ,56℃和 pH6 .91.
