在带材轧制过程中,有两个重要技术难题,即带材的平直度控制(板形控制)和带材横向厚差控制(横截面轮廓控制)。为获得优质带材,必须对与上述问题有关的轧机工作辊辊形和挠度进行控制。经过国外许多厂家的大量研究和改进,现已形成多种控制系统,有的是单独的板形控制系统和轮廓控制系统,有的是既控制板形又控制轮廓的系统。尽管方法不同,其控制原理和基本组成是相同的。本文综述有代表性的几种板形测量装置(板形仪)和板形控制系统。
In the strip rolling process, there are two important technical problems, namely the strip flatness control (shape control) and the strip horizontal thickness difference control (cross-sectional profile control). In order to obtain a good quality strip, the work roll shape and deflection of the rolling mill must be controlled in relation to the above problems. After many foreign manufacturers a large number of research and improvement, has now formed a variety of control systems, some are a single plate-shaped control system and contour control system, and some are both control the shape of the plate and control the contour of the system. Despite the different methods, the control principle and basic composition are the same. This article summarizes several representative plate shape measuring devices (shape meter) and plate control system.
