目的研究干预对已婚男性生殖健康知识及服务需求的影响。方法采用分层-整群抽样的方法选取仪征市302名已婚男性,对他们进行了问卷调查。经过3年的项目干预,采用相同的调查问卷对他们进行了终点调查。结果干预前后生殖健康知识和个人行为习惯显著提高,对男性生殖健康知识和服务的需求依然强烈。结论干预活动对已婚男性生殖健康知识的普及有明显的作用,需要通过多种途径提供为男性提供生殖健康知识和服务,指导男性建立科学的生活方式。
Objective To study the impact of intervention on reproductive health knowledge and service needs of married men. Methods A total of 302 married men in Yizheng City were selected by stratified cluster sampling method and questionnaires were conducted on them. After three years of project intervention, they were surveyed using the same questionnaire. Results Before and after the intervention, reproductive health knowledge and personal behavior habits significantly increased, and the demand for male reproductive health knowledge and services remained strong. Conclusions Intervention has obvious effect on the popularization of knowledge about reproductive health of married men. There are many ways to provide male reproductive health knowledge and services to guide men to establish a scientific life style.
