在涤纶长丝的生产中,断头率是影响一等品的重要因素。通过分析不同卷绕时间段上的断头次数,提出采用可编程控制器实现VC406A型纺丝机的单锭位定长,以提高纺丝一等品率。
In the production of polyester filament, the decapitation rate is an important factor affecting the first-class products. By analyzing the number of broken ends in different winding time periods, a programmable controller was proposed to realize the single spindle length setting of VC406A spinning machine in order to improve the spinning first-class product rate.
