对连续11例切除的脑膜瘤周围硬脑膜组织进行了检查。结果:3例肉眼见距肿瘤缘1.5cm内,硬脑膜内表面有散在小瘤结节。8例距肿瘤缘1.5～2.0cm内,镜下见硬脑膜内层或全层有散在或集聚成团的瘤细胞浸润。仅2例未见异常。本研究结果提示,对肉眼下肿瘤全切后复发,可用局部硬脑膜多灶性病变未能广泛切除来解释,指出术中宜切除距肿瘤缘至少2cm的硬脑膜。 Peripheral dura around the 11 consecutive resected meningiomas were examined. Results: 3 cases of naked eye see within 1.5cm from the edge of the tumor, dural nodules on the surface of the dura. 8 cases from the edge of the tumor 1.5 ~ 2.0cm, see the inner dura mater or full-thickness scattered tumor cells or agglomeration of tumor cells. Only 2 cases showed no abnormalities. The results of this study suggest that extensive resection of the locally dural multifocal lesion can not be explained for the gross resection of the tumor immediately after resection. It is pointed out that intraoperative dural resection should be at least 2 cm away from the tumor margin.
