教育之良窳,学校之好坏,皆取决于教师队伍之优劣。近几十年来,美国为了达成卓越教育(excel-lence education)在中小学教师队伍建设方面创造了许多成功经验,学习与借鉴这些成功经验,并植根于中国现实的土壤之中,无疑将有助于我国中小学构建一流的教师队伍,进而创造一流的中小学教育。 动向之一:教师培养对象的选择逐渐走向制度化
Education is good, the school is good or bad, depending on the pros and cons of the teaching staff. In recent decades, the United States has created many successful experiences in building primary and secondary school teachers in order to achieve excel-lence education. Learning from these successful experiences and rooted in the soil of reality in China, the United States will undoubtedly have Help primary and secondary schools in our country to build first-class teachers, and then create a first-class primary and secondary education. One of the trends: the choice of teacher training objects gradually toward institutionalization
