随着化疗的进步,急性白血病长期存活例数有所增加,但为数不多。陈济民等统计国内8年(1975～1982年)生存5年以上的急性单核细胞白血病(下称急单)仅5例。现将我院遇到已存活5年以上的1例急单报道如下:
With the progress of chemotherapy, the number of long-term survival of acute leukemia has increased, but not many. Chen Jimin and other statistics for the domestic 8 years (1975 ~ 1982) to survive more than 5 years of acute monocytic leukemia (hereinafter referred to as urgent single) only 5 cases.
