在石家庄动力机械厂炼焦分厂作煤料干燥试验,用于煤料进行炼焦,取得工作生产上的实际效果并测定了各种技术数据。干燥的煤料先是装在第二号焦炉的10个炭化室内进行炼焦,初步获得了正面的结果;之后又在该厂第三号焦炉上选择了6孔炭化室分别装干煤和湿煤,测定了相同炭化室的干煤和湿煤最大装入量,并测定了干煤和湿煤在炼焦过程中焦饼中心温度的变化。对用干煤炼制的焦炭和原生产的焦炭质量,进行了检验。随后在第二号炉上进行了全炉的生产试验,得到了预期的增产效果。干燥煤料的烘干炕见图。
