目前国内一些厂家定型生产的和一些兄弟局自制的包裹分拣机,大多是“V”型托盘(或叫欧翼托盘)分拣机,其载包装置为“V”型托盘小车。而小车的动力来自链条、齿轮、减速器等组成的机械传动装置(动力源为电机)。由于“V”型托盘运行平稳,卸包迅速准确,链条驱动又能达到很高的运行速度,故这种结构的分拣机在国际国内获得了广泛地应用。据报道,在一些发达国家,这种机器有的已达到14,400件/小时或更高的分拣速度。但同是这种机器,在国内却远远达不到上述速度,据现有资料记载,最高的其理论速度也不过3,000~4,000件/小时,有的更低。为什么同是这种机器,在国内不但速度低,而且还普遍出现盘位利用率低、空盘运行多、噪音大等不正常现象呢?笔者认为有下列几个原因。

However, the same kind of machine is far from the above-mentioned speed in China. According to the available information, the highest theoretical speed is no less than 3,000 to 4,000 pieces / hour, and some are even lower. Why is this same machine, not only in the country at a low speed, but also generally appear low utilization of disk, empty disk operation, noise and other abnormal phenomenon? I think the following reasons.
