目的与方法实验采用 D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)诱导的大鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察大鼠肝脏酶组织化学的变化,探讨硫普罗宁对急性肝损伤的保护作用.结果与结论硫普罗宁可显著改善因D-氨基半乳糖所致肝损害的 SDH 活性、及 CCO、chE 的功能。对肝细胞膜系统也有一定的保护作用,其对肝损伤的保护作用与肝得健一致.
PURPOSE AND METHODS The model of acute liver injury induced by D-galactosamine (D-GalN) in rats was used to observe the changes of enzyme histochemistry in rats and the protective effect of tiopronin on acute liver injury.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Sulfur Proline significantly improves SDH activity due to D-galactosamine-induced liver damage, as well as CCO, chE function. The liver cell membrane system also has a protective effect, its protective effect of liver injury consistent with the liver health.
