贵刊2004年第2期的“新闻语丝”栏目中《正确使用百分比》一文,对某次大奖赛中有关人体从三大营养素摄取热量百分比的正确答案(碳水化合物占55%-60%,脂肪占25%-30%,蛋白质占15%-20%)提出异议.认为在这三大营养素中,脂肪、蛋白质的最低限与碳水化合物的最高限百分率之和为100%是对的,而脂肪、蛋白质的最高限与碳水化合物的最低限百分率之和为105%不符合百分比的定义是错的,从而得出碳水化合物的最低限百分率为50%的结论。笔者认为这种对具有三种元素构成的百分率求和方法是不正确的。
