作为中国企业中将社会资源集中起来的上市公司理应是企业补充养老保险的中坚力量,需要倡导在上市公司中率先建立补充养老保险制度,这不仅为国家建立社会养老保险体系中成为典范,有利于分散保险责任,缓解较高收入群退休后待遇水平下降幅度过大的矛盾也使上市公司成为吸引优秀人才,稳定职工队伍的必不可少的条件,促进上市公司的健康、持续发展。上市公司的各种优势也提供了建立补充养老保险的条件,并提出了上市公司建立补充养老保险制度的设想和建议。
As a listed company which collects social resources in Chinese enterprises, it should be the backbone of enterprise supplementary pension insurance.
