为了探索镧对酸雨胁迫下大豆种子萌发糖代谢的影响,采用pH2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5、4.5、5.0的模拟酸雨和1mg/L镧处理大豆种子。结果表明,大豆萌发种子的可溶性糖、还原糖、蔗糖、淀粉含量和α-淀粉酶、淀粉酶活性在pH2.0酸雨胁迫下受到抑制而降至最低,4种碳水化合物含量随酸雨胁迫强度的减弱呈上升趋势。La(Ⅲ)浸种缓解了pH>2.5的酸雨对大豆糖代谢上述6项指标的影响,表明La可减轻酸雨胁迫对大豆种子萌发造成的伤害。
In order to explore the effect of lanthanum on the glycogen metabolism of soybean seeds under acid rain stress, soybean seeds were treated with simulated acid rain at pH 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.5, 5.0 and 1 mg / L lanthanum.
